About Us
We are the Langstons and our bookstore adventure began in the summer of 2016. At the time, we loved shopping with our daughters at The Village Book Exchange and learned that the owner was no longer able to live in town nor continue with the daily operations of the business. The uncertainty of the bookstore's future compelled our family to step in and keep our favorite bookstore in town. We renamed it Beach Town Books and began the perpetual process of creativity, growth and refinement. Along the way, our favorite part of the experience has been the camaraderie, friendship, loyalty and love from the community and heart-centered staff. We look forward to many more years.
